J'ai récemment partagé le truc de Jade Allègre pour avoir moins chaud (un tissu humide à enrouler autour du poignet gauche et à humidifier régulièrement) pour la journée. La nuit, ce qui marche super bien, c'est de dormir avec une serviette qu'on a mouillée à l'eau du robinet puis essorée et qu'on va mettre sur soi. L'évaporation de l'eau résiduelle va rafraîchir le corps et permettre de passer de super nuits. J'en…
