✔ پاسخ) بله ؛ نکته ی بسیار مهمی در مورد این نسخه مطرح هست و این نکته ، منع مطلق تجویز همزمان تریپتان ها و مشتقات ارگوتی به علت افزایش ریسک رخداد TIA و استروک در بیمار مصرف کننده ی دارو است : Concurrent use rizatriptan and ergotamine-containing or an ergot-type of preparation is contraindicated. 🗝 پاسخ) در مورد اهمیت بالینی تداخل مذکور بین منابع اتفاق نظر وجود ندارد. بعضی منابع برای مصرف همزمان NSAID ها و بعضی از کینولون ها احتیاط قایل شده اند(Severity: major , Reliability: fair). ریسک رخ دادن عوارض عصبی تحریکی و تشنجِ کینولون ها به علت افزایش سطح سرمی این داروها به دنبال مصرف همزمان با NSAID ها وجود دارد. احتمال رخ دادن این واکنش ها در صورت وجود کوموربیدیتی های مرتبط(سابقه تشنج یا سایر اختلالات عصبی و...) ،…

✅ Tinea incognita ▫️ البته در مراحل اولیه التهاب قارچی، شاید در کنار درمان سیستمیک به تشخیص پزشک و برای کاهش اولیه التهاب از یک کورتیکواسترویید موضعی با پوتنسی ضعیف تا متوسط هم استفاده بشه و بعد از مدتی تیپر بشه که این حالت معمولا باعث رخداد Tinea incognita نمیشه. @Darooyad @Darooyad https://www.instagram.com/tellepharm?igsh=OWhvMmplaDZyN3M1
