хочу поделиться и своим опытом работы с Дашей 🙏🏻 я скептик 🤣 всегда выбирала что-то ультра научное, в работе была с кпт и аст психологом уже в каком-то отчаянии пришла к Даше с темой «тошноты»… на мужчин))) я уже давно хотела построить отношения, три года работала над собой, над карьерой, в общем, взялась за анализ жизни своей но все равно: знакомство с мужчиной = меня тошнит, мне прям физически плохо мы делали гип…

Мне было очень комфортно во время всего интенсива и очень удобно, что информация была разбита по дням - я могла успевать делать домашки и проверять всё сразу на себе Я до сих пор в жизни с этого интенсивна придерживаюсь истории о том, что для того, чтобы к чему-то прийти, важно развить в себе для этого определённые навыки - чтобы стать той личностью, у которой это есть и для которой это желаемое является нормой ❤️ …

Отзыв про отвязку: Итак, долгое время я не понимала в чем у меня проблема при взаимодействии с парнями. Сначала я все спихивала на то, что выбираю недоступных, потом на свой тревожно-избегающий тип привязанности, но чем больше я это прорабатывала, тем больше вопросов у меня возникало. Ничего не менялось, наверное даже ухудшалось…. Если раньше ко мне часто подходили знакомиться, то тогда на меня будто наложили венец …

А ведь я уже этот интенсив прошла, потому что....это останется тайной почему)) но хочу сказать, что это было не просто. Кажется, вот ведь мы всю жизнь ставим себе цели и сейчас быстро все напишу и пойду достигать ( уж достигну или нет, время покажет). И оказалось, что поставить цель это процесс, и не такой уж быстрый. Интенсив о том, что когда начинаешь понимать и слышать себя, то ставишь перед собой истинные цели и…
