It looks like the dev delegated the deployment of the contract and they fucked up big time, putting a ridiculously small amount of liquidity, mc got hyperinflated within seconds, and heavily jeeted, they will be taking a snapshot and redeploying, the fact that they are owning the mistake is good, but in all fairness it doesn't look good at all.
