سوال و جواب شهرداری ملکی را سال ۱۳۹۶ به شکل تجاری و مسکونی ساختم و سال ۱۳۹۷ موضوع به کمیسیون ماده ۱۰۰ رفت که در قسمت مسکونی حکم به ابقای با جریمه و در تجاری حکم به تعطیلی صادر شد. بعد از دو سال اضافه مساحت تجاری به پارکینگ تغییر نمود. کمیسیون ماده ۱۰۰ اضافه بنای ایجادی را بر اساس سال ۱۳۹۹ جریمه نموده در حالی که سال احداث بنا در سال ۱۳۹۴ بوده آیا اقدام کمیسیون صحیح است؟ جواب کمیسیون سال وقوع تخلف را سال ۱۳۹۹ می داند…
