بیشتر پالایشگاه‌ها و مجتمع‌های پتروشیمی، ۲۴ ساعته و بدون توقف فعالیت می‌کنن. چون خاموش کردن و راه‌اندازی دوباره بعضی از واحدهای فرایندی، هم زمان‌بره، هم هزینه زیادی داره و در بعضی موارد حتی از ادامه کار اون واحدها پیچیده‌تره. #صنعت @Chemical_Engineering_Of_IRAN

Aspen Plus یکی از مهم‌ترین نرم‌افزارهای مهندسی شیمیه که برای شبیه‌سازی، طراحی و تحلیل فرایندهای شیمیایی استفاده می‌شه. با کمک این نرم‌افزار می‌شه عملکرد یک فرایند رو قبل از اجرا بررسی کرد، شرایط مختلف رو تغییر داد و نتیجه هر تغییر رو مشاهده کرد؛ بدون اینکه نیازی به اجرای واقعی اون فرایند باشه. به همین دلیل، Aspen Plus هم در دانشگاه و هم در صنعت، یکی از پرکاربردترین نرم‌افزارهای این رشته به حساب میاد. #نرم_افزار @

رفلاکس (Reflux) در برج تقطیر، بخشی از مایعِ خروجی از بالای برج دوباره به داخل برج برگردونده می‌شه. به این جریان «رفلاکس» می‌گن. رفلاکس باعث می‌شه جداسازی اجزا با دقت بیشتری انجام بشه و در نتیجه، محصول نهایی خلوص بالاتری داشته باشه. #یک_دقیقه_مهندسی_شیمی @Chemical_Engineering_Of_IRAN

بازار کار | مهندس فرایند اگر بخوای به عنوان مهندس فرایند وارد بازار کار بشی، احتمالاً بیشتر از همه با این محیط‌ها سر و کار خواهی داشت: • پالایشگاه‌ها • مجتمع‌های پتروشیمی • صنایع نفت و گاز • شرکت‌های مهندسی و طراحی (EPC) • بعضی از کارخانه‌های دارویی، غذایی و شیمیایی البته فعالیت مهندس فرایند فقط به این موارد محدود نمی‌شه، اما این‌ها جزو رایج‌ترین محیط‌های کاری این حوزه هستن. #بازار_کار @Chemical_Engineering_Of_IR

HYSYS یکسری اسم‌ها هستند که دیر یا زود به اونها برمی‌خوریم؛ HYSYS یکی از هموناست. نرم‌افزاری که برای بررسی و مدل‌سازی واحدهای مختلف به کار میره و جایگاه ویژه‌ای بین دانشجویان و فعالان مهندسی شیمی داره. اگر تازه وارد این رشته شده باشی، احتمالاً فعلاً فقط اسمش رو می‌شنوی. اما هرچی جلوتر بری، بیشتر متوجه میشی چرا این نرم‌افزار تا این حد شناخته‌شدست. #نرم_افزار @Chemical_Engineering_Of_IRAN
