几小时前发布这则资讯时误删了有关Doctor Web两度发现APKPure包含后门的一段话，导致文本不巧变成了Doctor Web发现新后门。已更正原文。 总之APKPure和其他几家第三方应用商店分发经篡改的Telegram客户端已经不是第一次了，甚至APKPure本身都带后门。

Telegram在加強對中文的支持，先前優化了中文搜尋功能，近日開始提供簡體中文和繁體中文介面，無需額外添加語言包。 使用中文語言包一直都存在風險。先前Telegram上最大的中文頻道就是一個打着中文版名義傳播經篡改的Telegram客戶端的頻道，目前該頻道已無法找到，可能已被關閉。還有不少人為了中文介面去用第三方的Nekogram，但Nekogram多次爆出用戶隱私問題，本月初更是爆出發布的版本和開源代碼不一致，發布的版本會上傳用戶手機號碼和帳號關聯資料。

這個網站屬於國際共產主義同盟（英文：ICU；法文：UCI）。國際共產主義同盟是一個鬆散托洛茨基派國際組織，以法國的工人鬥爭黨（原名「共產主義同盟」）為核心。這個組織強調融工，成員除學生外基本都是產業工人，學生畢業後一般會進入工廠就業。 與國內毛派那套「融工」不同的是，毛派組織的「融工」美其名曰融工，實則進入一些以農民工為主的工廠，廠裏的工人大多是有地農民，平均工作半年左右便離職，與其說是「融工」不如說是上山下鄉融入農民。而毛派組織的官僚領導們更是連融入農民都不願意，反而追求做脫產的「職業革命者」。 網站被GFW封鎖未必是因為有敏感內容，可能只是短時間內有多個國內IP未經代理直接訪問，致使網站被自動加入黑名單。

敘利亞過渡政府（STG）與北敘利亞聯邦在美國斡旋下達成了全面和平協議，把脆弱的停火協議擴大為永久停火，將於2月2日啟動實施。 根據雙方協議，北敘利亞將結束十多年來的自治，北敘利亞聯邦和民主軍（SDF）將不復存在，其自治機構將併入敘利亞國家政府。相對於過渡政府1月18日提出的14點停火方案，協議對北敘利亞融入敘利亞國家機構的形式作出更具體的安排。協議不再要求北敘利亞移交所有民用機構與設施，允許北敘利亞保留一師四旅編制，其中一旅駐紮在科巴尼（艾因阿拉伯），不再要求SDF士兵以個人身份加入敘利亞國防體系。同時，敘利亞內政部所屬安全部隊將進駐哈塞克和卡米什利的市中心。協議未涉及最後一處由北敘利亞控制的邊境口岸的歸屬，但路透社引述一名敘利亞政府高級官員稱，敘利亞政府會接管所有邊境口岸。至於14點方案中驅逐所有非敘利亞籍的庫爾德工人黨（PKK）成員的要求，協議未再提及，留有操作空間。
