XXL Большие размеры. На днях смотрела в новостройках форматы 4-5 комнатных квартир для большой семьи. Что хочу отметить: 1. Очень мало ЖК с таким количеством комнат. Во многих ЖК 3 изолированные комнаты - это максимум. В Москве в бюджете около 40 млн рублей - есть всего 20 ЖК, где можно выбрать 4/5 комнатные квартиры. 2. Довольно интересные и удобные планировки.
