Чим тупіше курс чи серія матеріалів в плані пояснення теми, тим охотніше я буду по ним вчитися. І тут відповідно два пояснення: 1. Або я шукаю собі матеріал відповідно до IQ 2. Порахував річний відсоток виконання своїх цілей на 2022 рік. Навіть з війною вийшло 40%, що доволі непогано. Хоча, об'єктивно, можна було їх і краще прописати, бо ціль "подивитися вітрячки в Запоріжжі" прям супер неадекватно звучить під час війни та окупації частини нашої території. Як у вас з цілями? Дуже показово. Стосовно переходу на ринкові тарифи виникає дилема: з одного боку це вирішить багато проблем на ринку ее, а з іншого сильно пошатне владу тих хто це рішення прийме і, можливо, призведе до негативних економічних процесів, так як ціна на ее формує собівартість багатьох продуктів споживання.

Від себе скажу, що посібник дуже змістовний, багато чого із нього я не знав.
