Вчера было очень много вопросов, что это, с чем едят и как 🤪 Греческий йогурт Семена чиа Банан Ягоды любые Белевская пастила без сахара Йогурт смешала с чиа и послойно все уложила в бокал ( мне так красиво) на пару часов в холодильник и можно есть сколько угодно. Красиво, вкусно и полезно. Готовьте с удовольствием 😍

Как же часто мы откладываем жизнь на потом. Потом выложу рилс Потом когда будет красивая квартира и обстановка Потом когда похудею и надену то самое платье или костюм Все потом , а потом уже будет не нужно или вовсе его не будет.
