چند ساعت قبل از حملهٔ آمریکا به ونزوئلا، فرستاده چین در دیدار با مادورو قول حمایت داد و پیش از آن هم روسیه پدافند S-300 را در آنجا مستقر کرده بود اما زمان حمله، نه چین حمایتی کرد و نه پدافند روسها کار کرد تا مادورو در کمتر از چند ساعت سقوط کند چین و روسیه همین قدر قابل اعتمادند 😑
