Житель ЮМР VS городская Дума Краснодара в Краснодарском краевом суде
В апреле Черкасовым Виталием Нестеровичем был подан иск к городской Думе Краснодара о признании недействующим решения, которым депутаты отрезали 0,72 га зелёной зоны на набережной ЮМР под застройку очередным храмом.
Краснодарский краевой суд отказал в приëме данного искового заявления. Считаю это судебным беспределом.
