Справа - помадка из сахарной пудры. На один большой кулич берём половину чайной ложки желатина, добавляем к нему столовую ложку воды, оставляем разбухать. Тем временем отмеряем 100 гр сахарной пудры, добавляем 2 столовые ложки воды и 1 чайную ложку лимонного сока, перемешиваем, доводим до кипения, снимаем с огня и добавляем в массу желатин. Помадка за 2 минуты VS помадка за 10 минут. Слева (желтый кулич) - помадка из маршмэллоу, отсюда и загадочный цвет. Примерно полпачки маршмэллоу высыпаем в миску и в микроволновке разогреваем по 20 сек за раз, в промежутках перемешиваем. Для полного растворения мне хватило 3 заходов. Испробовала необычный способ «мраморной» окраски яиц. Понадобились: взбитые сливки (если красить пустые яйца, подойдёт крем для бритья), гелевые пищевые красители, золотая пудра (по желанию) - все брала на Озоне. Ну, и яйца, естественно.
