Запилили фирменный прокси-сервер MTProxy от Telegram! Советуем перейти на него, так как скорость будет гораздо выше, чем при использовании Socks5. Роскомнадзор постепенно блокирует ip-адреса наших серверов. В то же время он отправляет жалобу на наши сервера хостинговой компании, у которой мы эти самые сервера и покупаем, и их блокируют. В общем, пытаемся сделать всё возможное, чтобы обеспечить стабильный доступ...
