Смотрим ипотеку под 12,39% 🤔 У ПИКа появилась новая ипотека с фиксированной ставкой 12,39% на всё время. Первый взнос стандартный - от 20%. В кредит можно взять до 60 млн руб. На срок до 15 лет. 👉 Наценки на квартиру нет, ставка ниже рыночной. Но всё равно получается внушительный платёж. За студию в ЖК «Бенинская набережная» за 12,5 млн руб. ежемесячно придётся вносить по 122 тыс.

«Крост» даёт рассрочку 0% на квартиры в «Театральном квартале» 👀 Первоначальный взнос от 30%, срок действия рассрочки — до 18 месяцев. В течение этого времени нужно вносить фиксированные платежи по 165 тыс. руб., а потом заплатить остаток или перейти на ипотеку. 👉 Плюсы: нет наценки на квартиры, рассрочка беспроцентная. Минусы: цены на квартиры в ЖК.

Смотрим скидки на квартиры в «Юту» 👀 В августе застройщик «Точно» обещает скидки до 32% на часть квартир в ЖК бизнес-класса «Юту». Акция действует при покупке за наличные или в ипотеку без субсидий. 👉 В последнее время цены на квартиры в ЖК только росли. Так что огромного дисконта, увы, не наблюдается.

Forma обещает скидки до 30% на «Соул» 🧐 Величина дисконта зависит от очереди: на готовые лоты обещают скинуть почти треть цены, на строящиеся минусуют 18-20%. «РГ-Девелопмент» даёт скидки за повторные покупки 🤨 Если купить вторую квартиру в ЖК «Петровский парк II», застройщик даст скидку 1%. При возвращении за покупкой в третий раз дадут дисконт в 1,5%.
