➖Делать дуа на своём языке в сунна или фард намазах можно? ➖По шафиитскому мазхабу нельзя ни в фард намазах, ни в нафиль намазах на родном языке. Только на арабском. Есть исключения, когда человек физически не может произносить и выучить арабские слова, но такое сложно представить, ведь он выучил как то аль-Фатиху. В таком случае он может прочитать на родном языке перевод тех дуа, которые пришли в Сунне.
➖Страховка на авто дозволена? ➖Договор страхования в принципе запрещен в Шариате. Но так как ОСАГО обязателен по закону и за его отсутствие штрафуют, то в качестве исключения можно сделать его. Но все остальные виды добровольного страхования будут запрещены. Нельзя делать КАСКО, нельзя страховать авиабилеты и т.д.
➖Можно ли выплевывать слюну на землю или это грех? ➖Можно. Греха нет. Но если плюетесь, не делайте это прилюдно, бескультурно. Даже плеваться можно аккуратно, соблюдая этику.
➖Закрывание зеркал на похоронах – это обычай? ➖Это обычай, не имеющий основы в Шариате. Шариат не требует такого.
➖Можно ли мужу не разрешить жене отправиться в свой первый хадж? ➖Нет, он не может ей запретить выполнить фард, если у нее есть уже для этого возможность.
➖Можно ли женщине делать намаз путника без махрама? ➖Нельзя, потому что это уже запретный сафар, а в нем нельзя пользоваться этими облегчениями. Условием является чтобы ваш сафар был без запретного.
➖Можно ли покупать золото в рассрочку? ➖Нельзя. Необходимо чтобы была уплачена вся сумма за приобретаемое золото.
