Я ранее писал, что через ИИ веду дневник тренировок Довольно удобно, так как статистика по рогрессу сохраняется, можно помимо советов посмотреть какие результаты были месяц, год назад Сегодня я скидываю очередной день значит, а ИИшка решила посчитать общий тоннаж за тренировку) Ранее не задумывался как-то над этим и не считал никогда Забавно так понимать, что фигачишь какое то количество тонн веса за треню)

Как выйти из кризиса? Давненько не было постов. По ряду причин. Основное - это некоторое профессиональное опустошение. Проще говоря, пустота в голове. Всем привет! Помогите спасти мою малышку-жену. Последние 2 года жизни я и врачи боремся за жизнь самого близкого мне человека.
