#نکته_کلیدی : یه چیزی که توی کار با کودک و نوجوان برام پررنگ شده اینه که: مثلا تنها کسی که همچنان باهاش اوکی بودم بارکلی ه؛ چون توی عمل جواب داده. ولی حقیقت اینه هیچ رویکردی برای همه مراجعها کافی نیست. مشکل من با کار صرفاً CBT روی کودک و نوجوانه… خیلی وقتها حس میکنی داری فقط رفتار رو دستکاری میکنی، بدون اینکه واقعاً به دنیای درونی کودک وصل بشی. شبیه یه والد عجول میمونه که فقط میخواد بدونه چته تا بهت بگه راهکار…
