Про кризи Рік був таким, що саме цим матеріалом буде чесно його завершити. На початку грудня я проводила на моєму курсі воркшоп-симуляцію «Менеджер в кризі». Про опори На одній з лекцій мого курсу ми почали з медитації опори. Таку навичку важливо розвивати для ситуацій, коли світ збиває з ніг. Ну і лекція була по кризам, там взагалі добре вміти стояти ногами на землі. Спочатку подихали, помітили базові фізичні речі, на яких стоять наші ноги, лежать наші руки, спирається наша спина, розміщені наші сідниці.
