قلیه مرغ
بریم که جمعه رو با یه غذای باحال خوشگل تر کنیم.. این غذا یه ترکیب خیلی خوبی از مرغ و سبزیجاته که برگرفته از قلیه ماهی جنوبیای خودمونه و چون معمولا مصرف مرغ از ماهی بیشتره حیفه که رو زمین بمونه و کسی ندونه این طعم رو هم میشه امتحان کرد.. هم میتونید از تمر هندی استفاده کنید هم رب گوجه فرنگی، هر جفتش خیلی خوشمزه میشه و اونقدر آسون و خوشمزه س که مطمئنم میاد توی لیست غذاهای هفتگیتون.. امتحانش کنید حتما😍
