Дуже давно слідкую за діяльністю пана Тіма Феррісса. Окрім іншого, він — один з моїх найулюбленіших інтервʼюерів. Проте якось до 4-Hour Work Week руки не доходили. А тут я собі оголосила 2026й роком без нових книжок (власне, за рекомендацією Феррісса) й таки послухала його опус магнум: на щастя, наші з чоловіком бібліотеки в audible замьорджились і, виявилось, у мене вже є ця книга. Якщо вам, як і мені, робиться доволі некомфортно від порівнянь Сема Альтмана про те, скільки енергії потрібно, аби навчити думати машину й людину, то, можливо, вам також стане в нагоді мій спосіб попускатися — слухати розумних людей. Езра на мій розум стабільно діє терапевтично. І ще, до слова, переконана, що найкращий спосіб входити в невідомість — через розслаблення. Іноді (не завжди) розуміння (хай яке) контексту…

Вже не памʼятаю, звідки я дізналася про Asterisk Magazine, але вже кілька років, мабуть, час від часу почитую їхні статті. Цього року я, здається, пройшла повний цикл від сильного упорювання в плані витрати часу та зусиль на створення контенту для своєї найбільшої аудиторії (це інстаграм) у першій половині року — до фокусу на більш інтимній комунікації для тих, хто хоче слухати (це активні підписники Ніжної розсилки) протягом останніх місяців. Так уже трапилося, що в мене багато різних інструкцій: курс, мінікурс, книга он скоро. Сьогоднішня розсилка також — інструкція. Я колись у цьому каналі писала про червоний фільтр для телефона.
