Неплохой ресурс TradingView для отслеживания EU ETS. Данные по квотам он отдаёт с задержкой и не всегда с полным объёмом, поэтому для фактического расчёта обязательств и для сделок нужны котировки ICE или брокерская выписка. Вчера аудитория активно отреагировала на вопрос о том, где вообще прописано требование запрашивать прогноз погоды у агента, тем более раз в шесть часов.
