Рассказываю ⤵️ → частая «возьня» и подсосы по ночам → подутренний сон только с грудью или только на руках → ночные гуляния → короткие / чуткие сны днем, которые трудно продлить… Нет, это не регресс, не «негативная ассоциация», не зубки. 4,5 месяца. Уже долго мучаемся и покупала гайды разные и с консультантом работала, но все без толку. Ситуация такая: нс: 11 часов в среднем дс: 3:50~ Вб: 9 часов По совету консультанта перешли один день на 12 часовую ночь и на 3 сна, стало только хуже. Потому что если утром он может выдержать 2часа, то к вечеру вб увеличивается до 2:30, а иногда и 3 часа. Сначала истерики, а потом затихает. Ночь отвратительная как …

Если возраст вашего малыша не вписывается в слайды, то ориентируйтесь на меньшее количество сна.
