. 📌 این موضوع توی مقیاس های کوچیک تر هم هست، ولی به این اندازه برای ما واضح نیست 💤 حرفی که از دهان ما خارج میشه، ارتعاشش اول از همه به خودمون میخوره 🤬 مثلا وقتی توی دعوا به کسی فحش میدیم اول از همه حال خودمون بد میشه مثلا تپش قلب میگیریم، قرمز میشیم یا ... 😠 انرژی منفی این فحش اول به خودمون خورده، چون ارتعاش این فحش داره از حنجرهی ما تولید میشه ➕ همین مسئله دقیقا در مورد انرژی مثبت هم صدق میکنه .

. 🟢 لازمه اول اینو روشن کنم که کلا وجود ترس در انسان کاملا لازم و ضروریه و خیلی از ترسها هم عاقلانهس ... 🔴 چون اگه بعضی از ترسها وجود نداشتند، ممکن بود آدم هر کاری انجام بده 🫣 اما بعضی ترسها واقعی نیستند. مثلا ارتفاع به خودی خودش ترسناک نیست، بلکه افتادن از ارتفاعه که ترسناکه 🐍 یا مثلا بعضی از مارها که حتی نیش هم نمیزنند ترسناک نیستند اما ما بازم وقتی هر نوع ماری میبینیم میترسیم 🧠 در واقع این ترسها توی ذهن ما هس

. ⛔️ به نظر من کل مصیبتهای زندگیمون از این میاد که صبر نداریم 📈 مثلا کسی که ماهی ۳۰ میلیون درآمد داره، توی اهداف یک سالهش یهو مینویسه به درآمد ۶۰۰ میلیونی برسم. یعنی ۲۰ برابر 👛 ولی برای اهداف ۱۰ سالهش مینویسه ۲ میلیارد ❗️ چون خودش میدونه درآمدش سالانه ۲۰ برابر نمیشه ⚡️ اما الان صبر نداره که به پول برسه و لذت ببره، بدون اینکه برنامهای برای آینده داشته باشه .
