Торги после редомициялции начались ниже отметки цены в 5400, по которой были начислены акции редомицидированного юр. лица. 2. Я заморочисля и попросил Т- банк прислать мне налоговый отчёт.. Похоже, что крупные акционеры и менеджмент Globaltrans намерены осуществить выкуп акций у части миноритариев, тем самым решив дилемму о технической невозможности выплачивать дивиденды всем акционерам во всех юрисдикциях. Кто будет эта группа инвесторов - ребята с Мосбиржи, находящейся под санкциями, или нерезы, долго гадать не надо. Об этом свидетельствует тот негатив, который менеджмент транслировал на конференции …

Всем привет! Давно не виделись! Как Ваше лето?) Хочу подсветить особенность оферты по распискам Headhunter. Напомню, я брал их на СПБ бирже, на Московской бирже, скупал у нетерпеливых инвесторов через OTC и адресные сделки. Под идею редомициялции, как и прочих подобных компаний, т.к. считал их сильно недооценёнными при сильном недостатке кадров на рынке труда. Одна вещь, о которой я не подумал, называется налоги.…

Суперские результаты $TAL за 4 квартал и финансовый год, закончившийся в феврале 2024. Выручка выросла на 59% (но это чисто образовательный сектор, в отличие от Edu, где присутствует доля еком), закончилось влияние однократных статей (за исключением списаний от обесценения активов), отложенная выручка увеличилась с 200 до 400 млн, что даёт хороший индикатив тренда.
