Исключения из запрета есть, но их всего три: вознаграждение за майнинг, оплата комиссий сети и расчёты по внешнеторговым контрактам между резидентами и нерезидентами. А за границу платить можно? Сбер начал зачислять дивы за прошлый год, по 37,64 рубля на одну обыкновенную и привилегированную акцию. Кроме того, Сбер закрыл дивгэп меньше чем за 2 недели. Отличный показатель.
