В детстве часто слышал, как родители перед походом в магазин обсуждают список покупок и иногда употребляют при этом слова "телятина", "свинина" и "говядина". Постоянно загружена рабочими проблемами, совсем забыла о том, как отдыхать. Такой режим дал последствия: постоянные тупняки, рассеянность, ненависть к себе и работе. Встречалась с парнем, он любил меня, а я его нет, поэтому предложила на время расстаться. Сижу летом, жарко, и от него приходит смс: "Загляни в почтовый ящик". Чем старше я становлюсь, тем яснее понимаю: не все люди должны остаться в нашей жизни. Кто-то приходит на время, кто-то навсегда. Мы цепляемся за отношения, которые давно потеряли тепло, будто боимся пустоты. Но именно в этой пустоте часто рождается что-то новое. Уход — это не всегда потеря. Иногда это освобождение.

Хочется выплатить все кредиты, раздать долги и наконец-то начать жить, а не выживать! Начать есть макароны не пустые, а с сосиской, ходить по выходным в кафе с друзьями, а не скрываться от них. Не искать ценники со скидками, а покупать то, что тебе хочется! Надеть одежду из новой коллекции, неудобные туфли на высоком каблуке, большой букет цветов и довольной идти по улице, ловя взгляды прохожих…
Я понял, что люди не меняются ради других. Меняются только тогда, когда внутри становится невыносимо жить по-старому. Всё остальное — иллюзия.
