我们其实永远不能看出一个人是不是在撒谎。所谓的“看出说谎”，不过是看出一个人是否紧张而已，而“紧张”和“说谎”根本是两码事。甚至所谓的“测谎仪”，也不过是在测“一个人是否紧张”而已。 你觉得测谎仪很科学，因为测谎的时候对面会先问一些平常的问题，了解被试者回答普通问题时的紧张程度？错！有关“有没有害人/有没有犯罪”的问题，是会让很多人比回答平常问题紧张很多的问题，无数无辜的人因为担心被诬陷而惊慌失措，结果被测谎仪认定为“罪犯”。 事实是，当警察使用测谎仪来辨别“罪犯”的时候，常常是为了“做实本来就带有很多偏见的猜测”。这也是为什么“测谎结果”通常不被法庭承认。

近期，很多保时料会莫名出现司法止付导致保不到就无法正常回款，口供查空，最后定案只能根据现有证据来予以定责，一般判定无法回款，在这不排一些不良车队勾结黑警，恶意止付！ 破解方法： 等冻结后再查口供，否则恶意止付可能会被解除，资金被套路！建议没有司法冻结出口供前一律不予结案！

近期，资金盘料类，一些不良料方为了谋取暴利，用一些配资盘欺骗通道方说是长盘／前中期，保月或者更长的时间！ 套路解析： 双方双押后开始作业，前面一般会小额进，因为基本上都是一笔一回U，或者不超押回U，本身配资盘的维护时间就30-50天，作业时每笔或者每天U清帐之后，只剩下押金了，一旦后续的通道及承兑追溯时，不良料方早己失踪无法追溯！这个时候押金根本就不够赔付！通道将面临严重损失！ 破解识别方法： 配资的周六周末不会有量，前期没有量，单笔金额会突然变大！记住不管是“朋友”谁介绍的，一定要上足押金，及时抽查切客记录和后台，保时规则建议设置在90天+ 资金盘料性解析 资金盘： 1.短盘：点位30+，周期30天-45天，跟大区类相似，大部分用风险收益项目作为切客产品，让鱼进行投资诈骗，周期高于大区低于长盘。 2.长盘：点位10+ ，周期一般在3-6个月，保本理财项目作为切客产品让鱼进行投资。
