در اوایل کار سعی کنید اکسستون رو گسترش بدید تا کامل دید داشته باشید و از شکست فایل و جا گذاشتن کانال ها جلوگیری کنید اما بعدا که حرفه ای تر شدید اکسس هاتون رو کوچیکتر بزنید تا ساختار دندون زیاد تضعیف نشه سعی کنید مرحله به مرحله این کار رو انجام بدید @madness_of_endodontics

ادبیات ما در درمان بسیار مهم هست مثلا وقتی فایل میشکنه اگر به بیمار بگیم فایل تو دندونتون شکسته یهو بیمار میگه واااییی فایل شکسته؟ کجا شکسته؟ اگر میخواید به بیمار بگید چه اتفاقی افتاده بهتره از کلمه جدا شدن قطعه به جای شکستن استفاده کنیم مثلا بگیم یک قطعه ای از وسیله ام جدا شد و جلسات بعد خارجش میکنم بازم تاکید میکنم بستگی به رفتار و برخورد بیمار و صداقت شما داره که چطور این موضوع رو اطلاع بدیم یا ندیم ولی خیلی برام …
