Это, конечно, не совсем честно с моей стороны - об этом надо было писать вчера, когда можно было купить это на фестивале, но в 2021 году у Макса Брехта получился совершенно фантастический сидр - с ярким ароматом и вкусом яблок, гнилушек, животинкой, бекончиком и много ещё чем, просто совершенно прекрасно. Пробовать обязательно.

Олива - дерево, вообще говоря простое. Но, есть шанс - то, что вы получаете во рту такие яркие и вкусные оливки - это не столько терруар, сколько технология. Ну, что я могу сказать... Да, сильно не молодо. Да, жизнь помотала этот образец. Но остатки брусничного и клюквенного ввренья еще просматриваются, пациент скорее жив, но радости уже не доставляет. Не труп и даже не полутруп, но уверенно к тому стремится. Женится дедушка еще может, но не вспомнит зачем :)

А яблуков об этот год в Швто Волоколамск - великая пропасть! Вот эта яблоня - сеянец-полудичка с кисло-горькими яблоками, об отсутствии которых в российской селекции так страдает отечественное сидроделие. Вот ну хоть сам впрягайся и начинай фигачить сидр! :)

Особая прелесть таких городков как Волоколамск состоит в том, что можно зайти в маленький старый не сетевой винный магазинчик и купить какую-нибудь изумительную редкую гадость, типа вот этой бутылки со старой отклеившейся акцизной маркой аргентинского Пино Нуара десятилетнего магазинного полочного хранения. Вечером вернусь в Москву и продегустирую, а вы пока можете сделать ставки - полный труп, полутруп или "дедушка …

Как известно 15 км от Волоколамска находится село Ярополец в котором находилась усадьба тёщи Пушкина, куда он два раза приезжал (оба раза выпрашивать денег, конечно) в память чего в Волоколамске поставили единственный памятник, больше особо некому :). Тем более, что стоит он неподалеку от магазинчика с лучшим выбором шампанского в городе, на которое, как опять же хорошо известно, заметная часть этих самых выпрошенных…
