🌙شب کاری طبق ماده ۵۸ قانون کار اگر کارگر نوبتکار نباشد و بین ساعت ۲۲ تا ۶ صبح کار کند مشمول فوقالعاده شبکاری میشود. نکته مهم👌 اگر شخص همیشه شیفت شب باشد (و شیفتش نچرخد) معمولاً شبکار محسوب میشود و برای ساعات کار بین ۲۲ تا ۶ ۳۵ درصد فوقالعاده شبکاری دریافت میکند.
