Попробовала сделать пиццу пепперони, выглядит не очень, но на вкус прям нормально получилось Для теста брала такие пропорции: 0,5 кг муки; 250 мл ледяной воды (это важно, не тёплой); 15 г сахара; 7,5 г соли; 40 мл оливкового масла; 3,5 г сухих дрожжей; Потом 48 часов под плёнкой для непопадания воздуха в холодильнике тесто медленно поднимается (это нужно для пузырьков в готовом изделии), затем раскатывать тесто нуж…

Кюки Азербайджанская яичница. Шпината побольше, кинза, петрушка, лук зелёный. Взбить яйца, посолить, поперчить, добавить йогурт, можно еще куркуму. Все перемешат, готовит до готовности, жрат. Для вкуса и красоты можно еще черри минут 20 в духовке запечь (холодной). На тарелке посыпать сумахом.
