روند كاهش قيمت انواع خانه ها در چند ماه اخير يكسان نبوده است. بيشترين كاهش در خانه هاي ديتچد وجود داشت و كمترين كاهش در بخش آپارتمان و كاندو كه به ترتيب از زمان اوج قيمت ها كاهش ١٩ و ٧ درصدي داشته اند. وضعيت خانه هاي سمي و تاون هاوس بينابين قرار داشتند و كاهش ١٦ درصدي داشتند. سعيد وزان مشاور رسمي مسكن در انتاريو 4167003048

درود دوستان میزان خانه های موجود در بازار شاخص مهمی در تعادل بین عرضه و تقاضا است و در تعیین قیمت خانه ها تاثیر میگذارد. این شاخص را با احتساب سرعت فروش خانه ها بر اساس مدت زمان فروش خانه هاي موجود تعیین می شود. در ماه می ۲۰۲۲ در GTA این مقدار به ۲/۱ ماه رسید. یعنی کمی بالاتر از میانگین ۱۰ ساله و در ماه جون نیز بالاتر رفت و به ۲/۴۹ رسید. معمولا بین ۲ تا ۳ ماه، مارکت متعادل است و بیش از سه ماه شرایط بازار به نفع خریدا…
