▎逾四成美國企業家受訪者認為AI將毀滅人類 本月15日，美國媒體CNN報導稱，有42%的美國人企業經營者認為急遽完善能力的人工知能（Artificial Intelligence, AI）會在未來五到十年內毀滅人類，而有58%的受訪者則表示「自己毫不擔心」。該研究由耶魯大學團隊發起，透過線上問卷調査，收集到119份有效問卷。 有關「會在未來使人類毀滅」之回答，其中8%的受訪者認為這一時間會在「5年以內」，而有10%的受訪者認為是在「10年以內」。當調査者問及是否認為AI之恩惠被誇大時，回答「確實如此」者僅13%水平，可見人們對AI之期待相當高。據悉，最受AI影響的業界是醫療業和媒體業。 在AI研發企業與研究者之間，擔心AI會被轉用於軍事目的，以及系統失控等巨大風險者與日俱增。 Source：共同社（華盛頓）

▎沖繩時事：台灣海船或於排他性經濟水域內實施海洋勘探 本月15日，第11管區海上保安本部（那霸市）宣佈他們在沖繩縣波照間島西南約81公里洋面的日本排他性經濟水域（EEZ）內發現有台灣的海洋勘探船向海中放置線纜。 據11管所述，當日上午11時40分，其確認台灣之海洋勘探船於該海域活動。下午4時45分，海上保安廳巡視船向該勘探船發出活動終止請求，稱未經日本政府許可，外國海船不得在該水域進行勘探活動。該船於5分鐘後離開日本EEZ。 Source：時事通訊社

▎立憲民主黨擬於十六日向內閣提交不信任案 首相有關解散衆議院之決斷成為焦點議題 本月15日，立憲民主黨代表泉健太擬於本月16日向衆議院提交針對岸田內閣之不信任案；就防衛費增額所致增稅方針，以及此前強制推行的改正入管難民法一事，泉健太對內閣總理大臣岸田文雄持批判態度。相關人士指，其提出不信任案，致該黨與現政權之間的齟齬更為突出。若泉健太確實提出不信任案，則首相是否因之決定解散衆議院，為當下政治焦點。 本月15日下午，包含泉氏在內的一衆黨幹部就不信任案之提出時機，於國會內進行了討論。此前，泉氏就已然提及的衆議院早期解散及總選舉表示批判道：「首相視解散權如玩物，輕視國民與國會議員。」立憲民主黨本部向記者團明確示之。 據悉，若其確實提交不信任案，料共產黨將讚成之，而日本維新會與國民民主黨將否定之。 Source：共同社

▎政治速報：執政黨法案修正案獲衆議院審議通過 為增進對LGBT等性少數者之理解之法案於本月13日下午衆議院本會議中，被自民黨、公明黨、日本維新會及國民民主黨等多黨，以多數讚成優勢審議通過。 此後，該案將交由參議院再審。據悉，現時國會對該案之持論多為讚成，故獲參議院審議通過之蓋然性較大。 所謂「LGBT法案」者，蓋原初由執政黨及2個在野黨合併提交於國會之3個法案構成。 其後，執政黨、日本維新會和國民民主黨等計4個政黨將執政黨所呈議案中「性同一性」詞句，按日本維新會及國民民主黨之意見改作「Gender-Identity」，復依此二黨之意見於他處稍作刪改，得其修正案。該修正案厥後經議，於本月9日獲衆議院內閣委員會議決通過。 Source：FNN
