Вся эта история с «вторжением» на Украину российских войск говорит только об одном. Чтобы американцы начали шевелиться и реально обсуждать гарантии безопасности, надо устанавливать ракеты на Кубу и Венесуэлу, а не катать танки вдоль своей границы. Вот тогда соскочить не получится.
