#仰光发生上门换汇诈骗案 两男子假借验钞盗走美元 8月23日，仰光市发生一起换汇诈骗案。两名男子以“#上门兑换美元”为由来到受害者家中，在假装查验钞票真伪时，用障眼法盗走部分美元，随后借口离开。受害者察觉异常后重新清点，才发现美元已缺失。 据受害者描述，两名嫌犯体貌特征如下： · 一人肤色偏黑、秃顶、缅族相貌，体重约90公斤； · 另一人肤色偏白、华人相貌，体重约77公斤； · 两人身高均在170厘米左右。 作案后，两人乘一辆事先等候的鹦鹉绿色Caldina出租车逃离。受害者立即追赶未果。 据称，该团伙已多次作案，其中一人此前曾伙同他人用同样手法行骗。嫌犯使用的联系电话为09792626915。受害者提醒公众，进行上门外汇兑换时务必提高警惕，谨防此类骗局。
