Почему проценты по долгу законом ограничены, но тем не менее постоянно растут. Должник, несмотря на постоянные платежи, не может погасить долг годами и даже десятилетиями. Почему так можно платить вечно и как разорвать этот круг. Постараюсь максимально просто. Латвийская зарплата в золоте снижается. Задался вопросом сколько граммов золота можно купить на латвийскую среднюю брутто-заплату. Составил график из данных CSP и стоимости золота за 20 лет. Про срок давности по долгам. 10 лет — общий срок. Обязательственное право прекращается, если кредитор не пользуется им десять лет. 3 года — требования из коммерческой сделки. Банк, лизинг, оператор связи — и тот, кому они долг переуступили. Коммерсант к потребителю — три года. Отсчёт идёт со дня, когда против должника уже можно подать иск. Про регистрацию договора найма в Земельной книге. Есть такая возможность и она интересна прежде всего наймодателю. Если вы сдаете квартиру, то на эту возможность стоит обратить внимание. Главное, что даёт регистрация — быстрое взыскание задолженности и выселение.
