توضيح دادن نشانه ى ضعف است! وقتى سعى كنيد مطلبى را به كسى كه دركى از آن ندارد بفهمانيد ، اتفاقى مثل ريختن پارچ آب در يك ليوان مى افتد ليوان از نداشتن گنجايش كافى سر ريز مى شود آدم ها هم همين طور... اگر مى خواهيد هميشه در آرامش باشيد انتظارتان از آدم ها را به صفر برسانيد نه توضيحى به كسى بدهيد و نه انتظارى داشته باشيد... @Ensaniat_A_H

فرق آرامش و آسایش چیست؟ آسایش یک امر بیرونی؛ و آرامش یک پدیده ی درونیست؛ مردم ممکنه خیلی تو آسایش باشند؛ اما معدود افرادی هستند که درآرامش زندگی میکنند! آسایش یعنی راحتی در زندگی؛ که با امکانات و ثروت خوب و زیاد به دست میاد؛ هرچی دلشون بخواد میخرند؛ هر کجا خواستند میروند و آرامش رو کسانی دارند که از درون سالم و سلامتند...! @Ensaniat_A_H

آدما همیشه فکر میکنن میشه برگشت میشه جبران کرد میشه معذرت خواست میشه توضیح داد اما چیزی که آدما بهش فکر نمیکنن اینه که هرچیزی یه زمانی داره از زمانش که گذشت دیگه بود و نبودش فرقی نداره وقتی از زمانِ درستِ یه چیزی بگذره دیگه هرکاری هم بکنی قابلِ جبران نیست. آدما همیشه اشتباه میکنن @Ensaniat_A_H
