太子集团案再挖出重要人物,匿名“2号共谋者”身份被核实 8月8日,《海峡时报》和有组织犯罪和腐败报道项目联合调查披露,美国检方此前在太子集团董事长陈志案起诉书中一直匿名的“2号共谋者”,被核实为Chen Sokly,原名陈星。 调查显示,陈星1986年出生于上海,2017年前后取得柬埔寨国籍并改名Chen Sokly,此后又取得塞浦路斯国籍。他曾长期在新加坡和美国活动,并在当地设立多家公司、持有房产。 美国检方此前指控,“2号共谋者”负责太子集团所谓的“风险控制”,主要负责掌握警方及执法部门对集团的调查情况,并与外国执法人员周旋,以保护集团相关利益。 起诉材料还称,他曾通过关系影响柬埔寨当地执法,并被指参与处理与诈骗园区、加密货币投资诈骗及洗钱活动有关的问题。 陈志保存的一份账本还显示,2019年,“2号共谋者”曾为一名身份未公开的外国政府高级官员购买一艘价值超过300万美元的游艇。
