Я Team Lead, у якого немає людей. Моя нова реальність. На жаль, вся моя команда потрапила під організаційні зміни і була скорочена. Взагалі всі. По відчуттях мене наче надкусили. Почала потроху передивлятися презентації з DOU Day. З тих виступів, які подивилася сьогодні, запам’яталося: ✔️Вигорання людей з експертизою через величезні code review. Бо коду стало значно більше. **продовження 🎁 Ще було дуже багато різних стендів, активностей і мерчу - наклейки, подарунки, інтерактиви, компанії знайомили зі своїми продуктами, вакансіями і командами. 🔴Але при цьому всі стенди були дуже “змішаними”. DOU DAY 2026 відгук Побувала на DOU Day 2026 - і це були дуже насичені, трохи хаотичні, але дуже класні два дні 📍 Локація була гарна: Маріїнський парк, центр Києва біля Арсенальної. Дуже велика територія, 6 сцен, багато активностей, стендів, фудкортів і людей. Атмосфера великої IT-тусовки, де кожен міг знайти щось своє. 👥 5000+ людей 🚨 Перший день був максимально хаотичний через тривоги - 3 рази усіх просили спус…
