این دسرها خیلی ساده تهیه میشن کافیه لیوانهاتون و به صورت کج داخل قالبهای کاپ کیک قرار بدین و لایه لایه موادتون و اضافه کنید . برای تیره روشن شدن هم می تونید از چند قطره رنگ خوراکی استفاده کنید . به طور مثال پاناکوتای وانیلی درست کنید و بعد موادتون و چند قسمت تقسیم کنید. یک قسمت و ساده و سفید استفاده کنید ، به قسمت دوم یک قطره رنگ خوراکی استفاده کنید ، به قسمت سوم دو قطره و به همین ترتیب ادامه بدین تا سایه روشن دسرتون…

#مرصع_پلو_با_فیله_حلزونی😍 برای مرصع پلو اول یه برنج سفید درست میکنید و بقیه مواد رو جدا آماده میکنید، خلال هویج که با کمی شکر و کره تفت دادم وقتی نرم شدن کمی آبغوره اضافه کردم و یه تفت کوچولو تا آبغوره بخار بشه و بخورد هویج ها بره، کشمش پلویی هم تفت دادم، زرشک رو با کمی شکر و کره و چند قطره آبلیمو تفت دادم، خلال هارو هم من خام دوست دارم شما میتونید تفت بدید، فیله مرغ یا سینه مرغ رو به طول برش زدم نمک و زعفران زدم ر…

#کوکو #کوکوی_کدو_و_هویج 🥒🥕 چند عدد کدو و. هویج رو رنده کنید،مقداری سبزی معطر تازه یا پیازچه ،همراه چند عدد تخم مرغ و ادویه دلخواه ، پودر سوخاری و نمک رو بهش اضافه کنید و هم بزنید بعد هم توی تابه همراه روغن داغ شده با کمک قاشق مقداری از مواد رو بریزید و سرخ کنید

دسر خرده شیشه شیر کاکائو 😍😍 ابتدا دو بسته ژله البالورو با سه لیوان ابجوش حل کردم ریختم کف ی ظرف مستطیل گذاشتم کامل سفت شد بصورت مربع های کوچک برش زدم و همه رو توی قالب مورد نظرم ریختم سپس یک بسته ژله الورا رو با یک لیوان ابجوش حل کردم بعد از خنک شدن یک لیوان شیر کاکایو بهش اضافه کردم خوب هم زدم و ارام روی خورده شیشه های توی قالب ریختم دو ساعت توی یخچال موند و بعد توی ظرف برگردوندم. @deserthome
