故障通知 情况说明 德国法兰克福区域的一台宿主机发生硬件故障，导致部分数据丢失。该宿主机使用的 Intel P4510 固态硬盘因固件缺陷发生故障并停止工作，硬盘上保存的部分数据已无法恢复。 该宿主机采用RAID10阵列，具备较高的冗余保护能力。正常情况下，单块硬盘损坏可由同组内的另一块硬盘恢复数据。 但本次故障中，损坏的硬盘恰好集中在同一个镜像子组内（主盘与备盘同时失效），导致同组的两份数据副本同时丢失，超出了冗余机制的保护范围，因此数据未能恢复。 我们已排查所有同型号硬盘，并对在用的同型号硬盘完成紧急固件升级；故障硬盘将由数据中心工程师尽快完成更换。 补偿方案 对于受影响的实例，我们将延长3个月可用时长，该补偿将稍后自动应用，以表歉意。
