Подписчики, а как у вас с походом в душ? Я вот отказался от ежедневного мытья, потому что кожа потом чешется и шелушится (и еще потому что мне лень). Волосы мою шампунем раз в 2-3 дня, а тело каждый день, но без мочалки, чисто мылом и руками. Это нормально или слишком?
