- 90% refundable through 6/13/12
- 75% refundable 6/14/12 through 7/11/12
- 50% refundable 7/12/12 through 8/8/12
- 25% refundable 8/9/12 through 8/29/12
- Non-refundable beginning 8/30/12

Putting a Gathering conference together is far more like cooking than engineering. There is never a theme and we are always surprised by the way things manage to come together. Even now, although we have great resources and topics for September, we are thinking about what might pop up as an opportunity.
The Gathering’s annual conference is an invitation-only event designed for individuals, families and foundations who typically are giving $200,000 or more each year to Christian ministries. Because giving becomes more complicated as it increases, we are committed to learning together and growing as givers.
We want to be sure to carry out the mission we have written in our tagline: ‘Connecting a Community of Givers.’ You can count on the same environment of trust as well as a place where ‘veterans’ can come alongside friends who are new; where people with like-minded giving interests find it easy to compare notes; and where learning, exchanging of ideas and deeper relationships are valued. We are looking forward to seeing each other – whether we are new to The Gathering or have been part of this community for many years. It’s a unique experience that we all share.
